Today I want to discuss the difference between Value Ladder VS Access Clearance.

In start of 2023 I have built out my entire value ladder for my business.

The idea behind it was to create various offers and sell these in a upsell manner to all buyers.

But it came at a high price - Time.

Why?

Because at that time I was falling into the trap of doing things based off what the gurus where teaching.

Not realizing that they have massive teams doing all for them.

But i was a solopreneur who had LIMITED time at my hands.

Not to mention all the assets I was creating wasn’t even validated in the market space yet. Talk about build it and they will come mindset lol.

Thus throughout working with various other entrepreneurs I came to realize there’s a common pattern among all the successful ones.

They only have ONE core product.

And any other offer created afterwards was added value of access (more personal time)

NOT something totally different.

WHY you might ask?

Because of Time.

Meaning if you can focus on ONE activity and productize it, systemize it, and leverage it,… the more you make within a 4 hour timeframe.

Especially if it’s a recurring model vs one-time sale.

So, here’s my visual outline of my NEW business model.

Simple right!?… Well that’s the plan.

To build a business that serves my lifestyle working only 4 hours a day:

• Recurring revenue

• One outcome focused offer

• One feedback loop for optimization

So what’s the differentiation here?

Access Clearance

Meaning those who upgrade to workshop get access to me at group level.

Those who upgrade to coaching get access to me at 1:1 level.

And those who become a mentorship client gets direct Whatsapp communication and my personal asset files to white label for their business.

Instead of delivering 6 offers I went to 1.

Instead of managing 6 groups I went to 1.

Instead of charging one-time I went to recurring.
