WHY IM SELLING A COURSE VS DOING COACHING, SMMA, OR ECOM PRODUCT.

First and foremost, my whole intention with my business was to create a business where I could have the time freedom to do whatever I want, when I want to and with whom I want to do it with.

But for me to achieve these, logically I need something that provide income freedom and location freedom of which is scalable.

This idea prompts various questions like;

• How and where do I get traffic?

• How will value be delivered to those who become a lead?

• What will generate be the thing that will produce cash flow?

• What do I need in order to replicate the process over and over?

• What are the constraints of running all of this etc etc

Well, I started doing some research and very quickly realized that courses is the best option together with a productized service.

Reason I belief so is because I don’t have to:

❌ Deal with jumping on training calls every day
❌ Charge a high upfront to cover my basic overhead costs
❌ Trying to convince people to buy on a zoom call
❌ Build a team of people to manage it for me etc etc

Typically doing coaching, smma, and ecom requires you to be in the trenches every day and or hire someone to be managing everything or the team.

So I my specific case, I don’t want to be a slave of my business thus I took specific actions to address this.

I consciously made the decision to build my own system (with some automation) that is modeled after various 7-figure owners like Justin Welsh, Matt Gray, Dan Koe,Rick Webster, Brett Williams to make my dream lifestyle possible.

I used to hate courses as they seems like commodity in my eyes before but my perspective changed due to my personal hands on experience with clients doing coaching and personalized done-for-you services which was a heavy burden on me.

Courses allows you to have more time freedom and leverage while scaling very easily while also giving you the flexibility to adjust the curriculum as you go.

On the other hand coaching and or high paying services are a mess.

Believe me, when someone pays you $18,000, $30,000, or $50,000 for a service. It brings a lot of responsibility that most of the time if they don’t get something back out of it that they liked, it becomes a BIG problem.

So It’s too much of a headache and responsibility that many well versed 7-figure and 8-figure experts have told me they are getting out of those models because the lack of room to scale and or delivery efficiency is very energy draining with no real upside.
