Offer, check.

Paid advertising, check.

Sales team, check.

Short form content, check.

They do this without ever asking themself what they want. Because the reality is, there is no "right" business model.

The only right method is the one that feels the most natural to you.

If you don't want a sales team, don't get one.

If you don't want to use email marketing, don't us it.

But if you don’t define your ideal business, you won't know what you want.

• Attract clients I want to work with
