I think the internet completely ruined the definition of passive income.

Because passive income apparently means...

Hiring setters, DM’s inboxes, and closers.
Posting five pieces of content every day.
Managing a Discord community and VA’s
Doing sales calls.
Running ads.
Building funnels.
Or… learning various AI tools every month.

But reality is…

NONE of that is passive.

That's just another business, and in many cases it's another full-time job.

So somewhere along the way...

We stopped asking the question that actually matters.
“What continues producing value/compounding after I've stopped working?”

That's the conversation nobody is having.

Because they prefer you to pay them rather than say it to you upfront.

If you've spent any time on YouTube...

You've probably heard the same advice, “do more,” from different gurus following their peers like mouthpieces for them.

And while some of those strategies absolutely work...
They're all based on one assumption.

That your business should keep getting bigger.
But what if your goal isn't building a company...

What if your goal is building freedom?

Freedom doesn’t mean you have to “do more”

Because those are not always the same thing.
Let me explain what I mean.

When I worked inside a seven-figure business, I noticed something interesting.
The systems were impressive, but so was the complexity.

Many departments’ SOPs
Daily meetings with AI summaries
Multiple managers hitting you up.
Sales teams tracking sheets.
Support inquiries.
Etc.
Etc.

It worked, but it also required an enormous amount of time, coordination, and ONGOING supervision.

When I left, I asked myself a different question.
Instead of "How do I build another seven-figure company?"
I asked myself...

"How little can I build while still creating an extraordinary life?"

That single question changed everything for me.

The distinction that changed how I think and opened my eyes to the two ways to scale a business.

1st — Scale through people.

More employees → more contractors → more meetings → more micro-management.

And they sugarcoat this, calling it a “High Performance” business.

2nd — Scale through assets.

Better systems → better automation → better positioning → better products.

And this is focused on reiteration, helping you tweak and adjust as you grow.

Don’t get me wrong here, both can make money.
But only ONE keeps reducing your workload over time.

Why?

Because of this simple flywheel illustration…

Probably this example helps you visualize it better.

Let's look at what the internet calls "passive income."

"Just hire setters." Now you're managing setters
Or… "Hire closers” and now you're managing closers.
Or… "Post five Reels every day” and now your income depends on your content schedule.

And we can keep on going and going.

Now you've doubled your management.
None of those things are passive.

They simply move your work into different places, and here's the uncomfortable truth. Some people build businesses that make millions while becoming prisoners of the business they created.

That's not the kind of “so-called freedom” I wanted.

Therefore, I don't ask...

"How do I make more money?"

I ask...

"How do I remove myself from this process leveraging priority-pass system?"

So I started going down the list…

Can this step become a template?
Can it become an SOP?
Can it become an automation?
Can it become a product?
Can it become a newsletter sequence?
Can it become an app?
Can it become documentation?

Every time the answer is yes...
The business becomes lighter.

That's leverage.
That’s a scalable business.

Leverage isn't working less today.
It's building something that works with or without you
(even if you are NOT tech savvy or still in a 9to5).

So what I can recommend you this week is...

Don't ask...

"What content should I make?"

But ask yourself...

"What process do I keep repeating?"

  1. Document it fully (start to finish with EVERY detail)

  2. Copy and paste it into claude.ai

  3. Use prompt: analyze my document and assess it like you are a Chief Revenue Officer aiming to achieve $20k/month while having leverage as the core fundamental, and turn it into a checklist, template, AI workflow, SOP, system that I can implement to execute daily for the next 6 months in which my goal is to do only the highest income activities working only 2 a 4 hours a day maximumby; automate what is repetitive, delegate what is manual but still second in priority list, and eliminate what is not supporting my goal.

When you do this, every documented process is one less decision you'll have to make next month.

That's how businesses become easier to run.
Not through motivation.
Through leverage.

But don’t be fooled.

Making money is NOT your underlying goal.
If you’re real with yourself, you’ll ask a deeper question like...

How much complexity did I have to create to earn it?

Because the business that gives you the most freedom isn't always the business making the most revenue.

Sometimes...

It's the business that quietly compounds while requiring less of you every year.

That's the business I'm currently building, leveraging Priority-PASS
And you could be building yours as well.

It’s the same philosophy I stand by firmly to protect my freedom.

Heck, some good-hearted people even ask me to jump on calls with them, which I happily do.

But one of my core business fundamental rules is…
I don’t do pressure tactics or conduct sales calls.

Rather, I focus on system assessment (looking under the hood).

Because doing otherwise goes against my principles in life and how I operate my business, and NOT because a guru says something else means you have to do it.

Therefore, to help you build ‘One Focused Business’ leveraging insights with...

One offer.
One platform.
One acquisition system.
One business model.

Those who decide to leverage Priority-PASS,
Build the next highest-leverage asset every week.

Because the goal isn't to become busier.
The goal is to become less necessary.

If that's the kind of business you want to build...

Every week we break down another internet business myth and replace it with systems that actually create leverage.

I’ll leave you with a thought to think on…

"Most internet gurus don't teach passive income. They teach active businesses with outsourced labor."

Renald

If you wanted to achieve ‘income freedom, time freedom, and location freedom’…

Would it make sense for you to create another j.o.b working from home!?

If yes, you’re just slaving away making others rich.

Design your life.
