My business model FLOPPED

Over the past weeks I’ve been super busy working various small projects and attending various workshops and throughout the process I learned a lot of things I totally overlooked in my business.

I was doing it wrong but I managed to take the week and tweak various things to shift into a NEW business model.

Yes! It’s better than what it was.

As I stated in an email a while back, my existing model was consuming a lot of my time (easily passing the 4 hour workday) which was NOT my purpose starting it.

Why did this happen?

Well, due to taking on clients on a hourly rate rather than outcome based.

And I guess you might also be committing this mistake where sometimes small projects pops up, you happily take them thinking it would be a great add to your portfolio and income but…

You end up with more work than expected and there goes all your days while you should actually be spending time building your business.

Thus I said, no more!

This already happened for the second time so, I’m NOT going to permit it again.

The principle I will implementing will definitely be a game changer for myself and for if you want to become a nomad creator.

1 - ONLY spend time with clients to achieve a specific outcome, NOT task driven projects.

2 - ONLY create insightful assets for clients to execute without fail, NOT entertain leads with value.

Think how those can help you totally change your business (or create a better one vs what people sell you out there)

Here’s how you know… ask yourself:

Would you rather get paid to create OR create and hope someone pays you?

Clear answer is: “Get paid to create”

Would create something you can sell multiple times + answers your clients questions in one go OR would you want to sell it ones and manually have to reply everyone their individuals questions?

Clear answer is “sell multiple times + answer all clients in one go”

Therefore I decided to build my business with the following levels. (I recommend you do the same)

LEVEL 1:

Every traffic from Ads / Socials / Email will sold a workshop event. This will 1x a 2x p/month and for transparency recordings will NOT be sold, thus only live attendees allowed (make sure you don’t miss out).

LEVEL 2:

Every workshop client gets an invite to the Nomad Coaching. This will be for a limited amount of spots, income focused, and limited access per week and for those that cancel they will NOT be able to get in after one year. (builds my strong loyal based clients)

Yupe, I’m very strict at this.

LEVEL 3:

Every coaching clients gets an invite to the Mentorship Inner Circle. This will be an invite only hands full of people I work closely with using my own custom branded assets, recurring revenue systems, and full on demand access to me. (only 8 spots)

Everything will be based around these 3 main goals:

• Time & Freedom Number - The 5 key components you need to hit $100K p/month as a solopreneur working only 2-4 hours per day.

• Recurring Revenue - the exact offer, pricing structure, and system to make your first $1K-$3K in the next 30 days.

• AI Automation & Delegation - Key tech automations needed to automate and tasks you can delegate for a stress-free business.
