More money in the bank principles

(applied in 10 steps)

This is a long one so buckle up 😉

But here’s 10 steps to wake up with more money in the bank.

It’s NOT magic but it works.

1. Forget sales team rather sell with text.

You don’t need a sales manager, closer, and or setters.

You can replace an entire sales team with a simple invite letter.

Which shot profit up 200%.

This "simple" approach worked partly because of reasons 2, 3 and 4:

2. Use pricing mechanisms to increase recurring revenue.

People are willing to get into $100,000 debt for college but not buy a $1,000 service.

The difference is in the pricing.

When you reduce how much it costs to start working with you, you get many more yes'es.

This works if you have reason 3:

3. Product is king.

Most people put 90% of their effort in prospects and 10% in clients.

Then wonder why their clients are always leaving.

When you have a good product (and genuine service).

People stay long term.

People talk about you.

People recommend others.

And people get results because they understand the mission.

4. Limited spots.

Map out how much money you want to make in a year:

$100k/month take-home profit.

Post-splitting it. Post-taxes. Post-expenses.

Just $100k only lol

And worked back how many clients I need every month in order to get there.

(detailed explanation will be given on workshop)

That became my limit.

And it made people realize that if they don't take action today, tomorrow I might not be there to help.

I didn't understand it at the time,

But limiting your spots actually makes you more money and deliver exceptional client attention and service hence awesome loyal clients.

5. Swap value content for insight.

Giving value makes you irrelevant like all other wanna-be out there.

Value-driven content attracts people who just want the value and get upset when you make an offer.

Giving insight reveals you know stuff in and out.

That drives curiosity and curiosity drives sales 😉

It’s not about never giving any value.

It’s about only giving value when their already a client and not a prospect.

6. Reinvent your offer every time.

Offers are like gifts.

The gift itself shouldn't change but the packaging is a must.

Because it makes it look New and Exciting.

And people loovvveee to be excited with something new.

Remember don't change the gift.

Change the packaging.

7. Give people a reason to act now with every offer.

This is a good habit you want to develop as a marketer.

Give people a reason why now.

Why buy now / Why book now / Why share now / Why work with you now

Offers with a reason now beats offers without one.

Attention: The LIVE paid workshop date will be announced soon and page will only be live for a couple days so make sure you don’t miss out! - You Reply this email Or DM me “WORKSHOP” to get early-bird details.

8. Sell cheap things so people see value on your other things.

I sell day-passes to my workshops and I’m very transparent about it.

The goal isn't in getting the money (FIY - In my $100k/mo plan I didn't include workshops sales).

The goal is to introduce people to my methods.

Which makes it way more likely for them to become clients (between 40%-60% of clients bought something smaller before).

9. Never give everything away for free.

That strategy works if you're going for the 1% of the 1%.

Think investors, real estate deals, etc...

Your business is different.

Giving everything away for free will result in people TRYING your stuff instead of BUYING your stuff.

leave trying for those who are already clients as that is the next logical step.

10. Don't leave offers up for an unlimited amount of time.

Unlimited offers have long conversion windows.

Limited offers have short conversion windows.

If you leave your offers up for an unlimited amount of time you're sending the wrong message:

"There is zero consequence if you do not buy today."

Therefore I dropped all pages and hidden all sales pages online.

You only see my newsletter link EVERYWHERE because I only sell to those who take action, not the public.

Conclusion:

All these steps are simple but few find them easy.

At every step there is a decision.

Who do I serve?

What do I want my framework to stand for?

How do I deliver to them?

What do I say?

How do I sell?

Most people let themselves get stuck at each decision without appreciating you can’t be ‘wrong’.

That decisions and action trump perfection EVERY single time.

Following even half of these steps will quickly show an uplift in your business and results.

Therefore those who attend my workshops get the exact steps and my perspective to implement them in their business.

This year I have the intention of helping more people, which is why I've made it easier and cheaper to get access to my stuff...

... So that you can get to $10,000-20,000/month and beyond fast without sales calls.

Remember spots are limited for the workshop.

So you don't risk losing your spot, reply "WORKSHOP" and I'll get you the details early.
