If you lose it all, can you make it all back?

Most money lacks in business can be tied to neediness:

It offsets people's tone a little.

It slightly messes the order of the words they write.

And these little "needy" habits start piling up to the point that the truth can't be hidden anymore:

They need the money.

(Or the validation that comes from money).

And it shows.

The irony is that money doesn't cure this neediness.

Belief does.

"Fuck you" money was never a number.

It's always been a belief:

The belief that if you lose it all you simply make it all back.

Thom lost a client the other day.

But he's not needy.

While others would have chased them or get emotional,

He simply waved goodbye and opened the door to someone else:

Beginner guy, wasn't a great fit.

He asked me if he could 'pause' for a couple weeks and then return.

Told him you're in or you're out. He left.

Replaced him 24 hours later with a new client from my waitlist,

At a $400/week instead of the $200/week the churner was paying.

The coaching and consulting industry makes folks needy because it preaches perpetual supply:

1. Have unlimited supply.

2. Have unlimited chases.

The Priority-PASS teaches the opposite:

1. Limit supply.

2. Only work with the few dozen folks you need to get to your Freedom Number.

3. Put everybody else on the Waitlist.

4. Replace folks that leave with folks that won't.

It's a simple model that eliminates neediness.

And this creates authentic belief.

Because if someone leaves, you simply replace them with someone else.
