I’ve been quiet past days because I’m building something cool.
I’ve been working on my NEW flywheel-system for email campaigns.
The main backbone of my one-person business.
But I’m not keeping it a secret as many of you guys know,
I’m always about sharing my journey.
I decided on developing a quarterly campaign cycle.
The cycle consists out of 12 offers.
It sounds crazy right?
Ok but, hear me out.
I did not want to write an email a day — but, I did
I did not want to worry about when to sell — but, I did
I did not wanted to spend hours writing — buy, I did
I had enough and something had to change…
To solve my dilemmas of “one email a day, when to sell, and writing a lot”
I created this bad boy:
1 system // 12 offers // daily sales
It’s inspired by Justin Welsh “best sale generating” linkedin posts recycling method.
To be real with you…
Justin doesn’t create new linkedin posts every day, he recycles only the best old ones every 3 months (sometimes every 30 days).
Thus I created the same but for email campaign to promote my offers (since I have various offers laying around) but, regarding the offers I’ll explain in a different email.
So I’m basically Killing two birds with one stone ;)
This means;
#1 - I only have to setup once the entire flywheel system with all my offers and my highest CTR emails combined to consistently suggest readers a buying opportunity into one of the offer — which eliminates; writing email daily, worrying about when to sell something, and or spending hours writing emails.
#2 - I can supervise each months flow and it’s specific campaign to see which specific email I can optimize, adjust , and or swap & test to boost performance for whatever outcome I desire — these outcomes can be; more sales, more subscribers, more replies, move youtube video views, etc etc).
This gives me more time to spend on what I’m passionate about which is a lot of stuff but I’ll leave that for the vlog videos lol.
But you might be wondering…
What about the newsletter posts itself (like this one), will I keep publishing those?
Yes, I will.
But It will be more once (or maybe twice) a week to give you some update (vlog style) through a Youtube video just to keep it genuine and authentic ;)
