Pillar 2: Convert Leads to Clients
4-Phase Sales Process:
Lead magnet (free value).
Capture email (or name / phone).
Survey leads (get to know + qualify them).
Make the right offer. (understand what they need / want)
TIP: Optimize constantly! Copy must adapt to different awareness levels (unaware vs. solution-aware).

Stop trading time for $$. Hire 1-2 people for KPIs (editors, VA).
You focus on cash-generating tasks (calls, launches).
Systems > hustle. Example: Pre-schedule content 3 weeks ahead.
Pillar 5: Financial Stability
Track revenue/expenses. Reinvest wisely.
Recurring revenue > one-time sales (weekly/monthly payments).
Example: Weekly payment plans keep cash flow steady.
Pillar 6: Long-Term Mindset
Avoid "quick cash" traps. Build relationships.
Learn continuously + join masterminds.
Resilience = non-negotiable.
