What hiring a 6-figure mentor can teach you from grow your followers:

Here’s the first lesson 👇

Picture someone landing on your profile, and it’s just... meh.

Do you think they’ll want to hit that follow button?

That’s a big NOPE right ?!

Before trying to add some makeup on your page, let’s try fixing up your digital house and make it so irresistible that they can’t help but follow you.

Ready? Let’s get it.

1) Profile Picture

This is the billboard of your digital self.

You want a headshot so crisp and clear that people feel like they can reach out and high-five you.

It’s all about making a connection without saying a word.

2) Bio (Headline)

Think of your bio as your tagline.

It’s not the place for your life story. It’s about what they will get from following you.

Why should they trust you?

What do you share in your profile?

And throw in some keywords to play nice with the LinkedIn search gods.

3) Banner

Keep it simple!

Don’t turn your banners into a big production. It’s a place to set the tone of your brand.

Here’s what to add:

• Social proof to establish credibility.

• Highlight topics you cover, like “Tips on A, B, and C.”

• Share an image reflecting your brand’s vibe.

4) Connections

It’s not just who you know; it’s who knows you.

Beef up connections with the right crowd.

Random connections are a no-go; stick to connecting with people in your industry.

More relevant connections mean more eyeballs on your content and profile.

Think of the featured section on your profile as that one billboard that’s impossible to ignore.

Here’s what you could add there:

•Your offer.

•Your website.

•Your newsletter.

Now, if you have nothing to sell yet, then feature one of your LinkedIn posts.

6) Profile URL

Keep it clean, keep it simple.

Your URL should be like a good handshake, firm, confident, and not complicated.

Ideally, use your name, but if it’s already taken, then try variations with your first, last, and middle name or even your brand’s name.

BIG NOTE - don’t use numbers!

7) About Section

This is your chance to tell your story.

What makes you, you? What have you achieved, and where are you heading?

This isn’t just filler text; it’s the narrative of your professional life.

By giving these elements a little attention, your LinkedIn profile won’t just be a page–it’ll be a magnet.

It’s about making every piece of digital real estate work hard for you, setting you up not just for views but for connections, conversations, and leads.
