Hey,

Before diving into the bullets above, I want you to picture yourself into the scenario of actually running the business and we’ll start with the content system in mind.

This is the same framework I walk people through when I do my 1:1 consulting audits with my subscribers so If you want my help feel free to reserve your spot

So let's go!

The Viral Content Creation System.

The goal of this system is simple: Put your business in front of the right potential customers.

But remember, each business is different.

For example, Let’s say you want to build two multi-six figure businesses:

One is a Media Business: Service based agency

And the other is a Coaching Business: Education based business

In reality, the approach to marketing for both isn’t really different.

So then you could say, to give yourself more LEVERAGE + TIME FREEDOM,

The Media Company should do ZERO social media marketing.

  • You don’t respond to comments

  • You don’t create content

  • You don’t even have business accounts

So how do I continue to easily get clients for that business with no social media?

I’ll explain more on this in the coming guides of this email course so make sure you don’t miss out on it.

On the other hand…

Your Coaching Business should rely 100% on organic social media marketing.

This will help you to:

  • Generate over 100k+ in followers

  • Post daily on multiple platforms

  • All in less than 2-3 hours/week

Now you might be asking, how is that possible?

Well with Systems, of course (like I showed you in previous guide)

By the end of this guide, you’ll learn:

  • How to reverse engineer a goal oriented Content Strategy

  • How to define Content Policies to boost productivity

  • Case-Study: How a multi 7-Figure business owner generated 130k followers in under 2 years + how to build yours

Let's dive in!

1. Reverse Engineering Your Goal Oriented Content Strategy

Remember our “5 Types of Systems” from last guide?

Before you do anything else, you need a Strategy.

The secret to a powerful strategy is to work backwards from the outcome you want.

Here’s how to design your Content Strategy, in 3 simple steps:

Step 1 - Define Outcome

How many followers/subscribers do you need to reach your business goals?

Let’s say your goal is to get 5 new customers a month.

If in your business, every 10 new email subscribers = 1 new customer, you could define this Outcome:

“My outcome is: 50 new email subscribers every month.”

That is the goal that we’ll measure against to define success.

Step 2 - Define Output

How much content do you need in order to reach that outcome?

Based on your average stats, reverse engineer how much content you need to create to achieve your goal.

In our example, in order to reach your goal of 5 new customers a month, let’s say you know you need to post once a day on Instagram.

“My output is: I need to post once a day on Instagram.”

This is your “definition of done.”

Once this output is met, it is your cue to stop.

Step 3 - Define Input:

How many hours of YOUR TIME will you commit to reach that goal?

“My input is: I will not spend more than 4 hours a week posting on Instagram.”

This is your time constraint - You’ll design your systems with this in mind.

Now you have three crucial pieces of information:

  • An Outcome: 50 new email subscribers a month. (Goal to measure success)

  • An Output: 7 posts a week on Instagram. (Definition of done)

  • An Input: 4 hours a week of time. (Constraint of time)

2. Content Policies To Boost Productivity

The point of building systems is to free up your time.

The easiest way to accomplish this might surprise you: Do less and say no.

Once you define your Output, you have a clear picture of what needs to be done.

Because here’s the thing:

There’s one hundred different things you could do to create content on social media…

But if you try to do them all, you won’t get anywhere. (And you’ll burn out).

This is where Policies come in.

Policies are rules created to avoid chasing shiny objects, doing things that I know don’t work, and falling off track.

Here’re some examples of my current Content Policies:

  • Existing content is repurposed often (instead of trying to create “new” content all the time)

  • Podcasts are not offered unless the show is MID or HUGE size audience.

  • Social media posts are not heavily designed. This keep posting brand image consistent and maintain publishing efficiency.

  • Copy for social media channels, pages, captions and or blogs are not written by myself rather outsourced for time freedom.

  • Video editing styles and creative ideas are not edited by myself rather outsourced for expertise and time freedom.

  • Public speaking gigs are not offered unless it’s a HUGE event. No public speaking is done without pay.

  • Comments, DMs are outsourced, not managed, not replied immediately but 24 hours later by assistant.

The best part of having Content Policies in place is that I don’t have to think about these things anymore.

I don’t spend any mental bandwidth trying to think whether I should do the thing or not because this will ultimately suck the time of your day.

And that allows me to focus more on executing my Content Strategy - and building other Systems that really bring in the cash flow and keep the lights on.

Does that make sense?

3. Case-Study: How Top Business Owner Generated 100K+ Combined Followers On Their Accounts In Under 1 Years + How To Build Yours

Once you have defined your Content Strategy & Policies, you can get more tactical and start to create a repeatable process to execute it.

If your Content Strategy is the what and the why, your Content System is the how.

For my system, I wanted to remove myself from all aspects of content creation, except writing.

That means I had to build a system that allowed me to Delegate or Automate everything else.

We all have our own system based on our business model and our lifestyle…

What about you?... Do you have your system created already?

If not, watch the video below and let’s get your system designed and setup asap!

Also, here’s the take away of all of the systems above…

There are 3 ways to streamline any social media process:

  • SOPs/Delegation:

Managing comments and DMs can be time-consuming.

So it’s recommended to create SOPs and then delegate this part of the process to my virtual assistant if you can not do it at the beginning.

The cost of VS’s can range from $300 per month till up to $700 depending on how many hours you want them to work and their skill level regarding the work requested.

  • Templates:

I’m always creating copy and design templates to streamline my social media process and keep consistent branding.

They’re a huge time-saver and also, they make things 10x easier when you want to start delegating parts of your process.

As you can see by my guides, I have a lot with designs because I like having everything laid out visually to help people understand the bigger picture faster.

  • Tools:
If you value your time, don’t hesitate to invest in tools.

They can help you save time, reduce errors, and maximize the ROI of your efforts. Two of my favorite social media automation tools are TweetHunter and Manychat.

That’s it for today!

In the next guide, we’ll dive into one of my most game-changing systems:

The Sales System Automation.

And by the end of that guide, you will have a proven process to increase your sales, revenue, AND happiness

Because you’re only going to work with the RIGHT clients.

So, be on the lookout for that.

Let’s grow together! 🚀
