With that out of the way, let’s get started 😉 

STEP #1 - CHOOSE YOUR DESIRED NICHE

Tip: Follow the process i share on my masterclasses or simply choose one from the category below — Disclaimer: not all categories are to be found on the beehiiv platform (image below contains list found on openletters)

STEP #2 - SETUP YOUR “GROWTH LOOP” SYSTEM

Note: To grow a “VERIFIED” real audience you need a traffic source and to monetize the audience you need to get paid for each subscriber you acquire thus there are TWO steps here that are crucial to set up otherwise all effort is in vain.

TRAFFIC:

• The key here is to leverage high-paying traffic sources (partners) while acquiring leads for 2x lower the cost sticking STRICTLY towards the right target avatar.

• Marketplace to find partners: Beehiiv Boost / OpenLetters.app / Postapex / Getsponsorleads / (my recommendation would be to start with Beehiiv scale package that offers boost service - to monetize first before going to Openletters, Postapex, Or Getsponsorleads which are more advanced and you can potentially loose some money along the way.)

BIGGEST REASON WHY I CHOOSE BEEHIIV:

The process below is basically the same for both platforms for all platforms and the main thing is to make sure know your margins and stats but what makes Beehiiv unique is that, if you have double opt-in (verified emails) set, your regular one-time opt-in leads gets replaced and your money is reinvested into new leads thus inactive leads (not verified) gets replenished. In other words you are paying for ACTIVE SUBSCRIBERS, not just random email opt-ins.

After step one to five of this guide has been completed. In total, I have spent $230 in boots as a test campaign and ended up with TWO $250 sales for a strategy call with ONLY 150 leads.

Then at 797 Leads I make $1250 in monthly recurring revenue (due to my subscription model)

Do you see how it keep rolling down like a snowball?

So, what’s next step now from here? Well…

Reinvest what is generated as sales back into the same campaign to duplicate the process. If your process is properly set up you’ll be able to predictably make recurring profit and increase your margins as you increase the offer pricing slowly.

#6 - TRACK & OPTIMIZE REVENUE AND COST

• Track how much is spent and how many subscribers you got

• Track how many new signed (to your newsletter) subscribers ALSO signed upon entry to the partner newsletter as well.

• Calculate your margins and optimize adding or removing related partners’ newsletters or pausing and creating new campaigns at lower than $1.5 per lead. (this can vary a bit higher if you test other campaign with higher cost per lead)

IMPORTANT: TIPS FOR GETTING VERIFIED LEADS (SUBSCRIBERS):

• NEVER aim for low-quality, unverified emails as you don’t want an email list of inactive “non-existent” subscribers.

• ALWAYS make sure to get leads/subscribers that go through a “Double-Optin” (17-day validation process) meaning they not only subscribe to enter their email but also verify their email manually in their inbox to receive your newsletter.

• High open rates + high engagement + high views = More revenue

MONETIZE:

• AVOID wishful thinking and focus on the ROI math.

• Example: if you spend $1 to acquire a subscriber, to be in profit you need to earn more than $1 - this is logic.

• Only apply to promote RELATED newsletters that pays you 2X OR MORE of what you invested initially per subscriber OR $1 or more per advertising click

• The Result: The more you invest to acquire new subscribers, the more you earn for every subscriber that also subscribes to partner newsletters — This becomes a “snowball effect” over days/weeks.

• Research experts on this subject matter

• And you rinse and repeat the entire setup process
