Everyone is on their phones, consuming content, TikTok, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook…

The eyeballs are on social media. And they love short-form videos, long-form, and carousels.

The content creators that you have never heard of a year ago have audiences of hundreds of millions.

Like Mr.Beast, a 24-year-old with the largest audience in the history of the human race.

Or Alex Hormozi who came from nowhere and you can’t miss his business info-educational videos on TikTok or YouTube Shorts.

There are 7 billion people on the planet flocking to social media

Maybe there are only 100 million content creators - because it is hard.

Videos made by ordinary people get billions of views. You can beat the big brands or media outlets - they are disadvantaged.

They move way too slowly for us small “one-man show” lol.

Heck!, even random dogs and cats get thousands of views in TikToks, Shorts, and Reels.

The secret here is this…

Whoever can create engaging content at scale will win this game.

But audience size doesn’t even matter, if you have 100 people following you that love your business, you’ve won.

So what the hell has that all got to do with AI?

AI levels the game for the small guy.

It gives you a marketing team you do not have to pay for.

Those with the best content creation machine will win, and AI is your free team of endless staff.

AI-Driven Content Production Powerhouse

What I'm trying to do in this newsletter is figure out which AI technologies we can leverage to build the system that will emulate Mr. Beast and Alex Hormozi's success.

He reportedly spends $70,000 a month on content production—a sum most regular solo-entrepreneur people can't afford.

So, how can we use AI to streamline the process?

In fact, you can create such a blog post while even driving a car using Otter.

Semi-Automating the Process

To automate the content creation process, we can use transcription tools like Otter.ai to convert voice to text.

Then we can take our transcription into ChatGPT and use prompts like “Tidy this transcript for grammar, spelling, and readability” to tidy it up.

From there, we can use prompts to turn it into a blog post format and final editing.

Iterating and Improving: I’m continuously working on refining this process, to develop an automation system for ideation, content creation, and eventual posting on social media platforms.

Best AI Marketing Tools For Content Production

I’ve used all these and will continue to use them:

1. Omnia: An Auto GPT in the browser. What does that mean? It means you get this AI to do tasks for you called agents. Agents can do things like search the web. Not super helpful yet, but it gives you insight into how AutoGPT agents will work.

2. Content Checking AI: This helps ensure your content isn't flagged as AI-generated for SEO. I believe that using AI to share unique knowledge rather than filling search engines with generic content is the best way to use AI for SEO.

3. Opus: A tool that creates short-form videos from Youtube clips. It is good enough for a quick video, but to make good short-form it still needs a final edit.

4. Otter.ai: A note-taking service that creates transcriptions. Can be connected to Zoom to transcribe meetings.

5. SuperMeme: An AI-powered meme generator for quick and easy meme creation. I used to create this Twitter ad, how some of you found me. The cost per new subscriber using this ad is as low as $0.50 worldwide and $1.5 in the US & UK.

6. Bing Chat: Offers access to GPT-4 if you haven't paid for it or have run out, of credits. As you know GPT-4 is a significant improvement over GPT-3.5.
