I KNOW YOU ARE EXPERIENCING THIS

If you listen to that voice, you’ll fall into a vicious spiral.

You’ll label it a ‘bad day,’ take it easy, and promise to try again tomorrow.

But tomorrow might feel the same.

One bad day becomes two, then three—and before you know it, you’ve given up on your goals and your vision for yourself.

I’M NOT BETTER THAN YOU

I’ve had days like this too.

Just today, I woke up feeling off—no energy, no motivation.

I said to myself, instead of pretending this doesn’t exist in my life - Let me be 100% honest and transparent with you because I know you might be going through the same.

I save my daily ‘to-do’ list and my mind was filled with excuses: ‘It’s too much. I can’t do this today.’ But I refused to give in.

I told my wife how I felt, and together, we got to work producing content.

Then we hit the gym, started with cardio and afterwards body weight training, and pushed ourselves endurance.

By the end, the negativity was gone.

I felt strong, clear-headed, and ready to tackle the day.

LEARN TO LOVE PAIN AND STRUGGLE

This isn’t just my situation—it’s a common thing many go through in their solopreneur / online money making journey.

Every high performers I know battles these days.

The difference?

They don’t quit.

They don’t make excuses.

They don’t point finger at anyone.

They take action to change their mental state from hopelessness to savages.
