Iβve had days like this too.
Just today, I woke up feeling offβno energy, no motivation.
I said to myself, instead of pretending this doesnβt exist in my life - Let me be 100% honest and transparent with you because I know you might be going through the same.
I save my daily βto-doβ list and my mind was filled with excuses: βItβs too much. I canβt do this today.β But I refused to give in.

I told my wife how I felt, and together, we got to work producing content.
Then we hit the gym, started with cardio and afterwards body weight training, and pushed ourselves endurance.
By the end, the negativity was gone.
I felt strong, clear-headed, and ready to tackle the day.
LEARN TO LOVE PAIN AND STRUGGLE
