If you want to build a business that gives you unlimited income growth potential, time freedom, and location freedom?…
Today I’ll show you WHY this is the most liberating business model you can build for yourself 👇
As you implement this you’ll also discover the exact process to turn your idea or passion into a profitable income producing online business.
1. Establish a consistent, predictable flow of qualified leads
2. Convert leads into paying customers
3. Offer scalable, high-value products that retain customers
4. Create a business that runs without over-reliance on you
5. Maintain financial stability and make data-driven decisions
6. The most important one (Long term thinking)...
But it doesn’t end here.
In order to implement these you need to be able to understand how to integrate them into your daily life, schedule, and or routine.
Without doing so these steps will be impossible.
So here’s my secret how I turning my passion into profits.
It’s better than what Guru’s teach to build a team or buy a bunch of tools etc.
I personally use these 3 lead sources to leverage organic & paid marketing to build authority using my perspective and insight I attract my ideal audience.
But it’s not just about telling people what to do rather more about utilizing relevancy, omnipresence with videos, audios podcasts, and intimacy through relatable problems and pains.
Here’s my 3 lead sources:
Youtube — Record RAW unedited videos with my insight + perspective
Facebook/IG Ads — Lead magnets creative straight to landing page.
Beehiiv — Paid referrals from other newsletter of similar audience.
Here’s Beehiiv’s example:

The reason I use all these 3 is because they allow me to scale and I can set and forget about it.
Yup even the ads. I Implement automation tools to streamline leadgen by running various $1 a day campaigns for 30 days straight and consistently send me leads.
This is where my Flywheel kicks-in which consists of 4 phase process.
The monetization partnerships (referral payments)
The data gathering (survey)
The offer promotions (different solutions + price points)
The personal reply interactions (intimacy + human connection)
All of these are to build like and trust with my audience on a much more human level.
I personally don’t sell anyone if they don’t directly tell me they want to work with me. (just in case you do, you can sign up here lol 😜 )
But my Flywheel rotates various offers to my list so to cater to everyone at different stages in their business or pricing options.

I have structured my products for long-term customer engagement meaning the prices are also offer in weekly + monthly payments with ongoing mentorship if client desires.
Through the surveys I ensure I build product-market fit and test this by iterating based on customer feedback.
Once this entire process is completed it’s automated and systemized into the product delivery mechanism (the no call flywheel).
Basically making this a set & forget system ✈️
Since I have a “systems + operations” background, I develop many standard operating procedures for my core business functions to make hiring key team members strategically to reach the end outcome/goal I desire.
So my focus can be solely on the newsletter + clients culture and expertise.
Therefore I Implement project management systems to track progress of each client or students themselves can also do it by access the notion dashboard:

With this weekly schedule (containing daily action steps) students can customize it to fit their lifestyle or goals but also continuously improve and optimize their business processes to increase efficiency as well as productivity.
When it comes to tracking I only look at two places: Beehiiv + Whop.
I use these to track revenue, expenses, and profit margins regularly.
The main purpose is to plan your cash flow strategically to prevent financial stress when suggest situations present where you have “refunds” and or a tool expense / contractor expense in order to keep developing your product.
So I allocate a certain amount (this is undefined depending on cahsflow) to invest in continues Ad spend and content creation outsourcing.
And I make a big effort to avoid unnecessary expenses such as fashion items, tech gear, and or eating out etc.
The MORE you reinvest, the FASTER you grow your business — You just have to stay focus for 6 to 12 months.
And as last, my BIGGEST most important reminder always…
Develop resilience to handle setbacks effectively as you’ll be encountering many ups and down in business similar to real life events.
It can vary from loss of income, unexpected events, tax bill, other responsibilities that are priorities, etc etc.
If you focus on continuous learning and personal growth it will greatly help maneuver these hurdles without fail and you’ll gain a much stronger mindset regarding difficulties.
My recommendation is to Search For and Find people you admire and look up to so that you can surround yourself with mentors and or a supportive network of like minded individuals.

TIP: Maintain a long-term vision (bigger picture) while executing short-term strategies that most of the time does NOT result in immediate revenue as to not discourage yourself from achieving your ultimate goal — To make a living online.
